Malton community is part of the northwestern section of Mississauga, it is close in distance to Toronto Pearson Airport, but also borders Toronto and Brampton giving it close proximity to other cities within driving distance. In the communities oldest section the street names are actually named after cities from the United Kingdom, giving the community something that other communities within Mississauga may not contain. The land itself has been populated since the 1800s and contains its own history. The community itself is diverse and is made up of numerous ethnic and cultural backgrounds, which is apparent in the area shops and restaurants. The homes in the area are affordable for homebuyers, and range in condos, semi-detached and detached homes.

These are the schools located within the Malton location, they are a combination of both Catholic and Public schools.
